The programs were so very well organized when the events were being conducted, yet it required a phone call from the customer's side to be told that the day's program has been cancelled. Yes, it might be difficult to call each and every customer, but in this day and age, using Internet/Email/Whatsapp/SMS is something that can be considered for information dissemination.
The program scheduled for 4th was cancelled and we got to know of it when we called from Kuala Lumpur en route to Sydney, using our India mobile, on international roaming. An email could have helped us plan it better, without panicking.

The tour was excellent because of three things: (a) the Jenolan caves' beauty (b) the guide's knowledge and active involvement in keeping us engaged and (c) the facilities offered.
I am rating it as excellent despite the fact that we did not make our Blue Mountains Trip as well as we should have, but that was due to the weather and hence not necessarily in our control.

Hi, We are a family of 4 and we want to book this tour for June 4, 2014 i.e. Wednesday. It is mentioned that except Thursdays all other days the trip is operational, but on booking form website it says that it operates only on Mon, Tue, Thurs & Sat. Please clarify if I could go ahead and book on June 4 which is a Wednesday. Thanks.

Hi Gopi. Sorry for the confusion. I can confirm that the Jenolan Caves & Blue Mountains tour from Sydney operates every day except Friday & Sunday.

Hi Gopi. Yes you are able to ride the Scenic Skyway, Scenic Railway or Scenic Cableway in the Blue Mountains at your own expense.
