You will begin the day by getting picked up at your Cairns accommodation or by meeting up with our team in Mission Beach. From there, you will get a comprehensive safety briefing and instructions on what to expect from your jump. Once you board the plane, the reality of your upcoming jump will begin to set in as you ascend to the appropriate altitude. When you’ve reached the right height, your instructor will assist you with stepping out of the plane and experiencing the magic of skydiving.

Your beach skydive officially begins now, at 14,000 feet above the ground. For the first 60 seconds, you will freefall and marvel at the magnificent feeling of zooming through the crisp air. Following that first minute, your instructor will begin executing turns and spirals for the next several minutes as you slow down and float back toward the earth.

The river has some challenging grade 3-4 rapids, which your experienced guides will help you get through as you smile, scream and hold on to the raft tightly.
