Hi Roger. I'm so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your 3 Day Alice Springs to Darwin tour with Way Outback. Way Outback have a great reputation in the industry which is why we have chosen to list their tours on our website, so your comments are surprising yet extremely concerning. We take customer feedback very seriously so I have contacted the manager of Way Outback requesting a detailed explanation of why one of our valued customers had such a terrible experience on one of their iconic tours. Once I hear back from them I will contact you via email with their comments and any explanation.
On a side note, it does appear that you may have accidentally given the Everything Travel Group (whom you booked this tour through) a bad service rating when it appears you were actually referring to the bad service you received on your 3 day tour from the actual tour operator.
