Your adventure begins in the cool pre-dawn darkness. As you rise up to your acquired height, you’ll find yourself spellbound by the sunrise – this gives a stunning beauty to the illuminated McDonnell Ranges. Once you’re soaring across this vast magical landscape, keep an eye on the ground as you may spot the iconic Red Kangaroo or other forms of fauna that calls the red centre home.

This stunning and vast landscape – seen from a bird’s eye view – will give you an appreciation for the remoteness of Australia’s outback. Once you’ve taken in all the sights and sounds of this rugged landscape, it’s time for touchdown; as you gently descend towards the red centre, you’ll have time to reflect on the amazing journey you have just taken. 

After landing you’re given the opportunity to help in packing away the balloon, just sit back and absorb the amazing process, or maybe take a few ‘selfies.’ 

Once you’ve taken a few photos and enjoyed the friendly banter of your fellow balloonists, it’s time to enjoy the delicious refreshments, including Champagne and a selection of juices. You are also given the great opportunity to acquire some of the available ballooning souvenirs, and a commemorative flight certificate is given to celebrate your grand adventure in the red centre.
