Description

Hop aboard the Kiana – the Whitsundays only small dive vessel – for three days and two nights sailing the outer Great Barrier Reef and glorious Whitsunday Islands. This beautiful heritage listed area – comprised of secluded bays, pristine white sands, and warm tropical water teeming with marine life – is the ideal place for snorkelling and diving enthusiasts. Even if this is your first time, certified instructors will be right by your side to ensure your experience is amazing. With snorkelling gear and wetsuits provided, and your first dive or snorkel experience free, this is the ultimate Whitsundays experience. During the day, you will sail through crystal clear waters and swim with shoals of colourful fish and freshwater turtles. By night, you will enjoy the relaxed and fun atmosphere of the Kiana, with delicious food all prepared on board for your dining pleasure.

The Kiana is a 16.4m ketch with a large air-conditioned saloon and maximum comfort for 14 passengers. She offers beautiful private cabins below deck and plenty of room above for all your diving and snorkelling gear, or relaxing in the sun. Your friendly hosts, dive instructors, and skipper will ensure you will enjoy all aspects of your Kiana experience. This is a perfect adventure for newlyweds looking for a honeymoon that is a little unique, or just anyone who loves beautiful scenery, aquatic adventure and amazing wildlife!

Other Information

• 1st introductory or certified dive free, 2nd dive $70, 3rd dive $50, additional dives $30. Dives are not included in the price & are payable on board
• Licensed vessel - cash only (no BYO)
• Children welcome (12yrs+)
• Maximum of 14 guests (children welcome 12yrs+)
• Not recommended for passengers over 4 months pregnant
• Private & Shared cabins. If travelling on your own please book 1 person in a Shared Cabin and you will get a single bed in a cabin with other travellers. There are Private Cabins that sleep 2 people so if you are travelling as a couple you can book a Private Cabin & you will either be in a room with 2 single beds or 1 double
• You will need swimwear, hat, sunscreen, camera, beach towel, warmer clothes for the winter months
• Suitcases & backpacks are not permitted on board, small handbags, camera bags and small backpacks are okay
