Join Whale Watching Byron Bay on a 2.5 hour cruise of Cape Byron to discover the majestic humpback whale in it's natural habitat, with the stunning Byron Bay landscape as your back drop.
With small groups of 10 passengers per boat the intimate tour will take you on a journey to discover the mighty humpback whale. During the cruise your guide will provide you with informative commentary of the wildlife including the whales, dolphins, sea turtles, marine life and bird life.
The migratory path of Australia's Humpback whales takes them so close to Byron Bay that they can be sighted just a few hundred meters from Cape Byron. Due to the areas unique geography the guides can pin point each whale's location so often whales can be found within minutes of departing the bay.
With the use of a hydrophone you can also listen to the beautiful song of the whales as they pass beneath the boat.

- Child rates apply (5-15yrs)
- For safety reasons, children under 5 are not permitted on the tour
- If you know you may suffer from sea sickness or are unsure how the boats journey will affect you, sea sickness tables can be purchased from the vessel on the day
- Please bring camera, sunscreen, hat, binoculars, warm clothes, flat shoes (no high heel shoes permitted), sea sickness remedy if required
- Small tour groups of 10 passengers per tour
- During the tour the guides will take photos of you & the whales along with other wildlife. These images are available to you in a photo package for just $29.95
- The boat is launched from the beach, we therefore ask you to wear shorts or loose fitting trousers that you can easily roll up to your knees as you will walk through water to get on to the boat
- Shoes are not permitted on the boat, you will be bare foot unless you have some sort of aqua shoes
