Hey Donna. The difference between the 2 Thunder Jet boat rides in Sydney is basically the length of the ride. The Thunder Twist is a 30 minute ride where as the Extreme Adrenaline Rush is a 45 minute ride. The longer ride allows you to take in more of the sights than the 30 minute Thunder Twist ride and also takes you out to the Sydney heads so you can experience the ocean swells. Both are great options but if you have the tme I recommend the longer ride!
