Good day, but the tour got delayed since many people didn´t show up the time we were supposed to during the day. Many people aren´t that good in english, so maybe the driver could bring a clock-prototype where it is shown when to be back at the bus at every stop. And the driver can also say the time many times before we leave the bus. The driver was very informant and good otherwise.

my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our Great Ocean Bus trip. The bus was very roomy and comfortable and our coach driver "Don" was fantastic, we had a great day.
We did however experience a hiccup with lunch which according to my online booking included a "delicious restaurant lunch". Don informed us we were not included on lunch list and that we would need to pay for lunch ourselves and contact you in regard to same. We purchased lunch at our own cost amounting to $38.00 (receipt retained). Can you please look into this and get back to me by either email: *PERSONAL DATA REMOVED BY FEEFO* thank you

Does the tour operate on weekends and in August?

My husband and I plan on taking this tour on October 25, 2013. We are supposed to arrive in Melbourne on October 22. If we book it in the next few weeks, and have to change our date, will we be able to cancel and re-book another date, without being penalized? What if we have to cancel our day trip - entirely, will we receive a full refund? Thank you.

Yes, if you book the Great Ocean Road day tour from Melbourne for a specific date (or any other tour) via our website then you will be able to change the date or cancel and get a full refund so long as you give us at least 48 hours notice. Once you book and pay online we will email your booking confirmation. If you do wish to change the date you can simply email or call us and we will make any necessary changes at no extra expense to you.

Hi Sharlene. The Great Ocean Road day tour coaches from Melbourne are very spacious and hold up to about 45 passengers however they are not always full. Can I ask which date you are considering doing this tour and I can check the availability for you?
