The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is located within 27 hectares of gorgeous, eucalyptus rich bushland and rainforest, where visitors have the opportunity to meet Australia’s diverse range of wildlife. This range of beloved mascots of Australia include mammals, reptiles, birds and marsupials. 

Currumbin Sanctuary offers a phenomenal hands-on experience, allowing you to meet a huge variety of fascinating creatures that you won’t find anywhere else on Earth.  Have your photo taken while snuggling up to a friendly Koala or feed and pat inquisitive kangaroos and wild lorikeets in their natural habitat. View and learn about majestic eagles during the flight presentations or smile at a crocodile or snake. You can also see the invaluable work the Sanctuary’s veterinarians do to help preserve Australia’s most precious distinctive and endangered wildlife. A day at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary offers an extremely exciting, fun and interactive way to learn about Australia’s most remarkable fauna and flora. 

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is owned by the not-for-profit, National Trust of Queensland, and all entry fee proceeds are reinvested directly back into this important sanctuary.
