Convicts
Australia's historic past is steeped in convict history and once you step onto Goat Island, you'll see what life was like for the early convicts – the history here almost jumps out at you! Be amazed by the intact convict-built buildings, or the plethora of post-colonial Australian artefacts. Be enthralled by the passionately told story from the guides about punishment, deaths and escapes. Visit sites like the soldiers' barracks complex, the stunning early 1800’s military gun power magazine and Sydney's Oldest Police Station. Enjoy this easy 1.5km walk, while being completely awe-inspired by the scenery.

Castles
An Australian film coined the phrase 'a man’s house is his castle’; however, there's a house and then, there a HOUSE! Take in the stunning harbour-side ‘castles’ as you cruise past a range of the richest and most prestigious suburbs in Australia. Learn about and view the most expensive property in Australia, as well as viewing Kirribilli House and Admiralty House.

Champagne
Could you think of a better way to unwind and let your troubles float away than by relaxing with a glass of bubbly on a 19th century Tall Ship? Enjoy a delicious glass of bubbles whilst you relax on board. Juice and water are available as non alcoholic options. Beer and wine is also available for an additional cost. Cheers.
