Brisbane Half Day City Tour
With the many shared pathways and bikeways in Brisbane, there is no better way to enjoy this beautiful and historically rich city. You will be guided along the landmark sites of Queensland’s capital, such as Customs House, Old Parliament House, the Treasury Casino and the iconic Windmill – Brisbane’s oldest surviving monument.
Bicycle tours at a relaxed pace are an ideal way to take in the stunning gardens and parks, that are so loved by Brisbanites. You will have a chance to see the lakes and sculptures in Brisbane city gardens, as well as the beauty of the Roma St. Parklands. You will also pass Anzac Square War Memorial – one of the city’s great focal points.
After meeting at the Wheel in South Bank, you will make your way into the city. The quality, comfortable bikes and the safe, social group atmosphere will ensure your tour is a happy, memorable one. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop for toilet or snack breaks and don’t forget to bring your swimmers, as you can even take a dip at South Bank’s amazing artificial beach.
Brisbane Half Day River Tour
Meeting at the wheel in South Bank, your half-day tour will employ the many bike paths that run alongside the Brisbane River. As you take in the stunning views of the city, your guided tour also provides an insight into the history of Queensland’s capital. During the tour, you will ride over the Storey Bridge, and then over to the historically rich Wool Stores and old Powerhouse, which is now a museum.
On your return to South Bank, you will be stunned by the views as you ride down Eagle Street Pier and over the Goodwill Bridge. You will be regaled will further tales on the history of this amazing city as you take in more of the striking views. There will be rest stops along the way, so please bring money for snacks and drinks.

Other Information
- Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- If you are short on time there is a shorter 2 hour ride option available for both the City & River tours. Please let us know if you are interested in booking one of these rides instead
- Children are recommended to be at least 10 years old so they are able to ride a small women's bike
- Tag along bikes & two child trailers are available to hire for younger riders who cannot ride a small women's bike for $25 cash on the day. Please advise at the time of booking if you require one of these
- Rain ponchos available to hire for $5 cash per person on the day if required
- Rides operate in the rain although if weather is terrible rides can be rescheduled
- On Wednesday the City Ride will stop at the City Market for a visit
- On Saturday the River Ride will stop at the West end Market for a visit
- Please wear comfortable clothes you would normally wear when riding a bike. Sunscreen is always a good idea as we have lots of sunny days
- Bring with you: water, camera, money for lunch, a light jumper if the weather looks a bit dodgy… & a taste for adventure
