I am thinking of booking a hot air balloon ride for 2pax during end of August2017 however I have no idea how to trip to the depart place. We are staying near to Wynyard Train Station. Did you provide any transfers and how much its will cost. How to confirm the time for pick up and who we should contact to if is confirmed. Kindly clarify before I booked as this is the first time travel to Sydney city. Thanks

Thanks for your enquiry. Transfers are not included with this trip. The meeting location is Barenz Café, Argyle Street, Camden at approximately 6am. This is a 1 hour 15 minute drive from central Sydney. If you do go ahead with the booking the confirmation email will contain all of the necessary contact information.

Hi Jenny. The weather in Sydney in June is usually calm and cool so the ballooning conditions should be fantastic. Ballooning operates all year. If the flight is cancelled due to poor weather or any other reason then you can reschedule to another day or receive a full refund. For this reason we do recommend booking for one of your first available days so you have time to reschedule if necessary.

Hi Dennis, yes transfers are available from Sydney CBD for $55 per booking (not per person) with your Balloon Aloft Sydney booking. For the return trip you will train back however because by the time you have finished your balloon flight it is rush hour traffic on the way back to the city so it is much faster getting back on the train. The start time depends on the time of year you are travelling as it varies according to sunset. The exact pick up time will be given to you on your ticket.

We are interested in a ride on March 5, 2013. We are going to be on a cruise on Celebrity in Sydney and only have very limited time. We will be staying onboard the ship (no hotel). Hi Cindy, unfortunately Balloon Alfot do not operate on he 5th March as that is a Tuesday. They only operate Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you can go on one of these days and your boat is docked in Darling Harbour then they offer trasnfers from the CBD so this wouldn't be an issue.
