Story Bridge Adventure Climb
Scale to the top of Brisbane's iconic Story Bridge to discover the city from a spectacular bird's eye perspective. Based at Kangaroo Point, the Story Bridge Adventure Climb is one of only three such experiences in the world and is a 'must do' on a visit to Brisbane. The exhilarating journey leads to an 80 metre summit, where climbers enjoy spectacular 360 degree views of Brisbane and its surrounds.

The picturesque Glasshouse Mountains are visible to the north, with the world-heritage listed Lamington National Park to the south. To the east, climbers enjoy views of Moreton Bay Islands, and to the west, Mt Coot-tha and the lush Brisbane Forest Park can be seen. With day, twilight and night climbs available, this climb provides an idyllic way to view Brisbane whatever the occasion. Watch the hussle and bustle of Brisbane everyday life on a day climb or enjoy a twilight climb as the sun sets and the city lights up. Alternatively, experience the spectacular night lights Brisbane has to offer with a night climb. Climbs are led by an experienced climb leader who provides fascinating commentary about the history and heritage of both the bridge and city surrounding them.

• Climb equipment including a climb suit, radio headset, harness, hat, handkerchief, sunglasses lanyard, all weather jacket and fleece jacket, sunscreen
• Lockers are provided as nothing can be taken onto the bridge including cameras, video recorders, mobile phones, jewellery etc
• Photos are taken in three different spots on the bridge and are available for purchase at the end of the climb

• Twilight Climb - departs on sunset (Thursday - Saturday)

• Exact climb times vary throughout the year due to the time of sunrise and sunset. You will be advised of your exact climb time, upon ticket confirmation

• This tour is very popular so we recommend booking several weeks in advance. If you are booking for less than 2 weeks in advance please contact us to check availability first
• Minimum age 10 years old
• Child rates apply (10-16yrs) and must be accompanied by an adult
• Minimum height requirement of 130cm
• Tour departure times vary with the seasons and the sunset
• Not suitable for people with walking disabilities or pregnant women over 20 weeks
• Maximum weight restriction of 130kg
• Wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather and enclosed rubber soled shoes such as runners or hiking shoes which offer comfort, support and grip
• Cameras are not allowed to be taken on the climb
• Upgrade to the Abseil Climb to include abseiling down the Story Bridge as well
